CANCELLATION POLICY: Written cancellations received on/by May 8, 2026, will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after May 8, 2026. Please email accounting@asa.net to make a cancellation request.

SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS: Substitution requests should be received no later than May 8, 2026. Please email info@asa.net to make a substitution request. Any substitutions received after May 8, 2026 may incur an administrative fee.

RATE: $245 plus tax per night

Hotel Accommodations: Room reservation information will be included in the registration confirmation email. You must be registered to attend to book a room in the official ASA CENTRAL room block.

Note: Guest rooms have been contracted for the nights of Monday, June 8 and Tuesday, June 9. If you need additional nights outside of that timeframe, please contact the hotel to make reservations.
