RATE: The EMERGE room rate is $359 plus tax per night. The room rate is available until April 13, 2027, or until our room block is full.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Please book your reservations exclusively through the official EMERGE hotel link provided in your registration confirmation email. You must be registered to attend EMERGE to book a room in the official room block.

NOTE: The group rate is available for the nights of Tuesday, May 11, Wednesday, May 12, and Thursday, May 13. If you need additional nights outside of that timeframe, please contact the hotel to check current availability and pricing.

We recommend reserving your hotel room as soon as your registration is completed. Room availability is on a first-come first-served basis.
