ELEVATE2026: Moving Forward Together

ELEVATE2026, presented by the ASA Women in Industry Division, was a truly energizing and inspiring gathering, bringing ambitious women together to connect, learn, and grow. Under the theme “Forward Together,” the event celebrated the power of community, collaboration, and leadership, leaving attendees motivated to drive impact in their careers and beyond.
 

The conference opened with a meaningful give-back activity in partnership with Cradles to Crayons, where attendees assembled clothing kits for children in need—an early reminder that progress is always stronger when we lift others along the way.
 

Keynotes set a bold and inspiring tone for the event. Nataly Kogan introduced the Reinventable Mindset, teaching attendees how to embrace change, turn disruption into opportunity, and thrive with confidence and creativity. Dr. Tasha Eurich emphasized the power of self-awareness in leadership, unlocking agility, connection, and innovation. Justin Elis shared actionable strategies for using data to scale organizations and make disciplined, high-impact decisions.
 

Interactive panels and roundtables fostered deep discussions on mentor-mentee relationships, personal branding, and best practices for professional growth. The Women of the Year award highlighted remarkable achievements, exemplifying leadership that inspires and elevates others.

The conference concluded with Dr. Mary Kelly’s high-energy session on leading with purpose, power, and productivity, equipping attendees with practical tools to inspire teams, drive accountability, and lead with clarity in an ever-changing world.
