MDM Celebrates Fall Kickoff, 2025 Summer Graduates

Next week, we’re excited to welcome the Fall 2025 MDM class, a group of 13 students representing eight distributor firms. Their journey begins with an orientation and a chance to connect during a peer meet-and-greet, setting the stage for the months ahead. Mentors will also join an orientation session to prepare for their important role in guiding the cohort.
 

This fall session builds on a strong spring start. In March, the program launched with seven students in the spring cohort, who are well underway in their MDM journey. This past August, ASA celebrated the graduation of 11 more individuals from the program—bringing our total number of program graduates to more than 50. Each new class continues to add to the energy, experience, and impact of MDM across the industry.
 

We’ve also added several new features to the MDM program pages. Check out our Capstone Spotlight page to explore the real-life challenges, projects, and outcomes that our students have tackled in the program. Our newly developed Meet the Grads page showcases graduates for that peer-to-peer FOMO factor. And don’t miss our new Graduate Review Committee Recognition page, highlighting those who support the program behind the scenes.
