ASA West Summit

The 2027 ASA WEST Summit heads to Las Vegas as the premier regional event for education, networking, and collaboration among PHCP-PVF professionals across the western United States. Designed to bring industry leaders together, the Summit delivers valuable opportunities to exchange ideas, share best practices, and strengthen business relationships that support continued growth and success.

Recognized as a leading regional networking event, the ASA WEST Summit welcomes distributor members from 11 western states including Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. The event also brings together supplier partners, representative agencies, and other industry professionals for meaningful connections and business-focused conversations.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Written cancellations received on/by April 10, 2026, will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after April 10, 2026. Please email accounting@asa.net to make a cancellation request.

SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS: Substitution requests should be received no later than April 10, 2026. Please email info@asa.net to make a substitution request. Any substitutions received after April 10, 2026 may incur an administrative fee.

RATE: $269 plus $36 resort fee, plus tax per night

Hotel Accommodations: Room reservation information will be included in the registration confirmation email. You must be registered to attend to book a room in the official ASA West room block.

Note: Guest rooms have been contracted for the nights of Tuesday, May 12 and Wednesday, May 13. If you need additional nights outside of that timeframe, please contact the hotel to make reservations.
