ASA West Summit 2026

The ASA WEST Summit continues its mission in 2026 as the leading platform for education, peer-to-peer networking, and the exchange of best practices among professionals across the western U.S. region. The Summit empowers industry leaders by fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence in leadership, all while advancing member success.

Now firmly established as a premier regional networking event, the ASA WEST Summit attracts key personnel from top distributors across 11 western states—Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. It also brings together supplier and representative agencies, as well as allied and industry partners.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Written cancellations received on/by May 1, 2026, will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after May 1. Please email accounting@asa.net to make a cancellation request.

SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS: Substitution requests should be received no later than May 1. Please email info@asa.net to make a substitution request. Any substitutions received after May 1 may incur an administrative fee.

RATE: $269 plus tax per night plus daily resort fee of $36 per room, per night, plus tax

Hotel Accommodations: Room reservation information will be included in the registration confirmation email. You must be registered to attend to book a room in the official ASA West room block.

Note: Guest rooms have been contracted for the nights of Tuesday, May 12 and Wednesday, May 13. If you need additional nights outside of that timeframe, please contact the hotel to make reservations.
