The New Cyberthreat Landscape: How your Business is impacted and How to Be Prepared
Speaker: Rachel Wilson, Managing Director & Head of Wealth Management Data Security & Infrastructure Risk for Morgan Stanley

In her riveting keynote, Rachel will describe the many current cybersecurity threats facing your organization and industry from nation states like North Korea and Iran, from cyber organized crime syndicates, and from individual hackers looking to make money or create mayhem. With advanced hacking tools now widely available, Rachel will show how cyber actors target companies, institutions and individuals in an opportunistic way and then work to monetize their access. Rachel Wilson spent 15 years at the NSA, leading counterterrorism operations, addressing cybersecurity threats to the 2012 London Olympics, and heading cyber exploitation operations. Just Show Up: Enduring Values from Baseball’s Iron Man

Speaker: Cal Ripken Jr., Legendary "Iron Man" of Baseball

Cal Ripken Jr. is a baseball legend. But legends aren't born, they're made. In this talk, Ripken reflects on his life and career, offering lessons learned for the next generation and those to come. He shares the values he has lived by stories behind what it took to keep the streak alive, and what it meant to bring the World Series to Baltimore. Ripken's message is simple yet poignant, and essential wisdom to anyone trying to forge a successful life in times that are often chaotic. Blending insights from sports, business, and a life well-lived, Ripken outlines eight rules for the game of baseball and life, drawn from the lessons he has learned on and off the field.

One of the true legends of baseball, Cal Ripken, Jr. broke several professional records during his 21 seasons, but none is as sacred as his consecutive-games-played record. Shattering Lou Gehrig's streak of 2,131 games by more than 500, Ripken displayed perseverance, endurance, and an everyday work ethic that endeared him to fans, transformed him into a national icon, and some argue, even saved baseball at its darkest moment.
