Thursday, April 18, 2024 / News ASA CONNECT Showroom Managers Group Holds First Meeting ASA’s CONNECT Showroom Managers group held its first meeting earlier this week where showroom managers from ASA-member companies across the country gathered to share best practices and find potential solutions to problems/challenges they may be facing in their marketplaces. Discussion topics during the first meeting included digital pricing/QR code use, secret shoppers, dedicated space for designers, best practices for displays/vignettes and the evolving relationship with the kitchen and bath manufacturers rep, as well as customer service challenges. The showroom managers CONNECT group is one of eight different job-specific CONNECT communities offered. Others include AR/AP/Finance, Training, HR, Purchasing, Marketing, Outside Sales, and Opps. The Purchasing, Marketing, Outside Sales and Showroom managers CONNECT groups are open to wholesalers only. This program is a free benefit to all ASA members.
