ASA Talks Benchmarking, Careers Recruitment at The Commonwealth Group Spring Meeting

ASA staff members were in attendance at The Commonwealth Group 2023 Spring Conference held at the J.W. Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio.

During the week-long buying group meeting that was attended by more than 800 TCG distributor shareholders, vendor members, service providers and other invited guests, Association staff was busy meeting with TCG shareholders, vendors and service providers that are current ASA members, as well as prospective association members.

Two key ASA initiatives presented to all TCG distributor shareholders were the ongoing data collection for the 2023 ASA Operating Performance Report, regarded as the gold standard of benchmarking tools in the PHCP-PVF industry, as well as ASA’s ongoing industry leadership role in helping member companies recruit talent into their firms through the PROJECT TALENT careers recruitment platform.
