Recently, ASA hosted a Project Talent webinar with students from Texas A&M University’s Industrial Distribution program.  During the webinar, students discussed their job search processes and preferences including how they continue to mix traditional recruitment resources such as job fairs with digital tools such as company websites and social media accounts.

Recently, ASA held a webinar that included a panel discussion of Texas A&M University Industrial Distribution students and graduates.  The purpose of the webinar was to allow ASA members to hear directly from students and graduates about their processes and preferences when considering career opportunities.

Therefore, it can’t be underestimated that the experience a candidate may have on a website could make or break the chance to attract the best talent possible.
