Wednesday, February 14, 2024 / News The Data Submission for Our 2024 Compensation Report Is Now Open In addition to the compensation and total rewards analysis for over 40 positions, this year’s study will dig deeper into turnover rates, quit rates, and the duration of filling various roles, distinguishing between sales, operations/warehouse, and office/G&A positions. It will explore how organizations navigate recruitment and retention challenges, building upon 2022 findings where internet job boards, referrals, and social media emerged as the top recruitment channels. On behalf of ASA, we wanted to thank all the members who entered their companies’ data for our Compensation and Benefits Report in 2022. This data allowed our company to utilize our members aggregated performance benchmarks for our 2022 Compensation and Benefits Report. All confidential as well! In 2022, the member collaboration allowed us to explore the intricacies of distribution industries and identify the characteristics that set them apart. With these results, we established an excel file that contains a comparison sheet for our industry alongside others in the distribution sector. This document outlines how ASA members aggregated performance benchmarks compared against other distribution industries.
